Our Take Off service is a free service and involves looking at your plans and possibly discussing with your Structural Engineer, Designer or Builder if necessary. This is to provide you with your specific Uni-Pier requirements. The information is provided to you and the quotation for Uni-Pier product can be emailed directly to the Reseller of your choice.

Raising the standards in construction

The Industry Leader in underfloor support. The Uni-Pier system is a unique 2 Part system. Starting at 200mm and increasing in 200mm increments to reach a height of 5000mm and can be engineered to 8m, Uni-Pier is versatile and strong. There are two types of heads – our traditional telescopic adjustable heads and our STH (Adjustable Screw Top Head). Both have integrated Antcaps (termite protection) and fin plates to connect to the bearer. Due to its practical ability to provide 200mm worth of adjustment, there is no cutting, welding or waste. Simply select the Uni-Pier post size that is the closest 200mm to the underside of the bearer, place the head on top of the post and adjust to the desired level. With a very high hot dipped galvanised finish, the Uni-Pier underfloor support system is ideal for coastal construction and is also designed to cope in cyclonic conditions.

Our customers also requested a solution to bracing and Uni-Brace was the result to cater for this demand. With only (4) four sizes of Uni-Brace to select from, the largest size, the UBR18, can span up to 5.7m. Uni-Brace provides the perfect solution to all bracing requirements.
