With a background of nearly 30 years in the industry, Uni-Pier is the leading producer of steel height-adjustable support systems for all above-ground flooring. Our products are entirely Australian-made, manufactured out of Silverwater, NSW. We understand what Australian homes need to handle our harsh climates and pride ourselves on producing only the highest quality.
Brick, concrete, and timber sub-floor supports are all labour-intensive to install and are subject to corrosion and rotting. With Uni-Pier, it wasn’t designed as just another steel column replacement, it was designed to be a complete system. A system that is affordable, lightweight, and robust, with adjustability that allows easy installation, saving you hours of labour and money down the road to replace them.
Uni-Pier
The Uni-Pier is a unique 2-part system, starting at 200mm and increasing in 200mm to reach a height of 5000mm, it can be engineered to 8m. Versatile and strong, the system offers two types of heads – our traditional telescopic adjustable head, and our STH (Adjustable Screw Top Head), both with integrated Antcaps (termite protection) and fin plates to connect to the bearer. Due to its ability to provide 200mm increments of adjustment, there is no cutting, welding, or waste. Saving time, money, and waste.
Uni-Brace
Alongside Uni-Pier, there is the Uni-Brace. A unique bracing system, its telescopic adjustable design provides a quick and easy solution to bracing requirements while being aesthetically pleasing to the eye. With four sizes to select from, the largest, the UBR18, can span up to 5.7m, providing the perfect solution to all bracing requirements.
